Sofia Verzino Reedy

Sofia Verzino Reedy, RFP Manager and Marketing Specialist, brings more than two decades of financial services marketing experience to Mason’s institutional division. She joined the firm in 2024.

Sofia spent 22 years at Vanguard, building a career that moved through nearly every corner of marketing, communications, and client-facing work. She began in institutional trading and investment services, then moved into RFP work — preparing proposals for prospective institutional clients — before taking on progressively broader roles in marketing and communications leadership. Over time, she managed compliance material production, led enterprise media operations, and served as Scrum Master for Financial Advisor Services Marketing, guiding campaign strategy for high-profile product lines. It is a range of experience that few bring to a firm of Mason’s size, and it shows in the breadth of what she contributes here.

At Mason, Sofia leads RFP and due diligence responses for the institutional division, alongside internal and external communications, content development, and marketing materials. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, and is both a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Agile Team Facilitator (ICP-ATF). Outside of work, Sofia lives in the Philadelphia suburbs, where she spends her time hosting family gatherings and keeping up with three wirehaired fox terriers.
