Sharon Rickett

Sharon Rickett, Operations Associate, brings a career rooted in financial services operations and client service to her work at Mason. She joined the firm in 2022.

Sharon began her career on Wall Street after earning her Associates Degree in Business at the Staten Island Community College, then built years of experience across operations and client-facing roles in the industry before relocating to the mid-Atlantic region. Most recently, she came to Mason from an advisory office in Maryland, where she served as a Client Service Associate. That breadth of operational experience, across different firms and markets, gives her a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to keep a client’s financial life running smoothly.

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
