Shannon Batallas

Shannon Batallas, Senior Client Service Associate, has been a steady, trusted presence at Mason for more than two decades. She joined the firm in November 2001.

Shannon built her foundation in finance at two brokerage houses in upstate New York, McDonald Investments and Tucker Anthony, before relocating to Virginia and joining Mason. Her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Le Moyne College gave her the technical grounding, and her years in client-facing roles at two brokerage houses did the rest. Today, her work spans a wide range of responsibilities, with a particular focus on client service and research. Whatever the task, her approach is the same: make every interaction as straightforward and seamless as possible for the client.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys cooking, reading, and visiting her daughter in college.
