Katrina Axtell

Katrina “Kat” Axtell, Client Service Associate, brings one of the more unexpected paths to Mason: website editor in Argentina, tour manager for a traveling band across multiple countries, and front desk supervisor at a luxury hotel in New Orleans. She joined the firm in 2022.

What connects those experiences is a consistent thread — managing complexity, coordinating across moving parts, and keeping people’s needs at the center. At Mason, that translates into her role as the primary link between financial advisors and the operations team, managing document preparation, money transfers, tax payments, and custodian coordination, as well as supporting CRM and client data management. Kat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Spanish from Northwestern College and is fluent in Spanish.

Outside of work, she paints murals, sings, plays flute, and makes regular trips to visit family in the North Woods of Minnesota.
