Jennifer Guest

Jennifer Guest, Institutional Client Service Specialist, has spent her entire career in financial services, and much of it alongside the same group of colleagues. She joined Mason in 2015.

Jennifer built her foundation as a registered Client Service Associate serving both institutional and private clients, as well as operations, across several firms over twenty years. When her firm closed its brokerage arm in 2015, she found Mason through LinkedIn and recognized an immediate fit. A decade later, that instinct has proven right. Her work spans the full range of institutional and private client service: account onboarding, money movement, charitable gifting, quarterly meeting preparation, and the day-to-day account management that keeps clients’ financial lives on track. What she values most, she’ll tell you, is the personal side — getting to know clients as people, not just accounts.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from High Point University. Outside of work, her world revolves around her husband, two kids, and their Labrador.
