Heather McQueen

Heather McQueen, Senior Client Service Associate, has spent more than a decade building the kind of client relationships that keep people coming back. She joined Mason in 2015.

Heather came to Mason from a private financial firm where she worked as an executive assistant, bringing with her a sharp instinct for anticipating what people need and making sure they get it. At Mason, that instinct found its fullest expression in client service. The relationships she has built over the years are, by her own account, the best part of her work. She holds an Associate of Science in General Science from Northern Virginia Community College and a certification in Applied Behavioral Analysis.

Outside of work, Heather volunteers at her church, reads voraciously, and spends time with her husband, her son when he is home from studying in South Korea, and their two orange tabby cats, Lance and Hobbes.
