Erin Balagtas

Erin Balagtas, Client Service Associate, brings a fresh perspective and a technology-grounded foundation to the clients she supports at Mason. She joined the firm in 2026.

Erin graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, then joined Mason’s tax department supporting administrative operations through the 2026 tax season before transitioning into her current role as a Client Service Associate. Today her work centers on client requests, money movement, and tax payment submissions — the day-to-day operational work that keeps clients’ financial lives on track.

Outside of work, Erin plays tennis recreationally and enjoys drawing and traveling.
