Ashley Magnani

Ashley Magnani, Client Service Associate, brings more than two decades of client relations and operational experience to the families and individuals she serves at Mason. She joined the firm in 2025.

Ashley spent the majority of her career in hotel operations and management, where she developed a deep instinct for anticipating what people need and delivering it before they have to ask. When she was ready to return to full-time work, she found a natural home in financial services, first as a Client Service Associate at a local RIA in Northern Virginia, and then at Mason, where she was immediately drawn to the firm’s culture during the interview process. Today, her work spans client onboarding, paperwork, money movement, and day-to-day client correspondence — the full range of what it takes to keep a client’s experience seamless.

Ashley’s approach is straightforward: clients are more than a job. She genuinely cares about the people she works with and holds herself to a high standard on their behalf. Outside of work, her world revolves around her family, her husband, son, daughter, and cat. They make an annual trip to Florida every summer and are devoted Yankees fans.
