Allison Minutillo, Strategic Marketing Advisor

Allison serves as Strategic Marketing Advisor to Mason, helping lead strategic marketing initiatives focused on brand positioning, growth strategy, client engagement, and thought leadership.

She brings more than 17 years of experience leading marketing and business transformation initiatives for brands across financial services, healthcare, higher education, and more. Prior to Mason, Allison served as President & COO of Rebellion Group and Chief Marketing Officer of Primacy, where she led integrated marketing, digital strategy, and growth initiatives for national and global organizations. She is also a keynote speaker, thought leadership facilitator, and former podcast host known for helping leadership teams align around strategy and drive meaningful business momentum.

Allison earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University. She lives in Madison, Connecticut with her husband, two young sons, and their French bulldog, Zoey — the only other female in the house. Outside of work, Allison enjoys an active lifestyle centered around fitness, golf, and cheering on her boys at their sporting events. She also hopes to become an LPGA professional in her next life.
