to Chief Operating Officer.
For the past several years, many management functions have been transitioning to Gouin, and he has handled them with great success. His new role formally recognizes his significant contributions to the firm’s operations and leadership. As COO, Gouin will serve as the primary contact for most internal operations matters, a broad role that includes overseeing internal workflows, the account opening process, vendor oversight and negotiation, and general management of non-client-facing employees.
